Hassig Engineering Inc. is a small localized professional engineering company, specializing in structural design and building certification.  The principle, Angelo Hassig, is a licensed Professional Engineer in both South Carolina and Georgia.  He first started offering his services for this type of work after Hurricane Hugo in 1989.  Contract employees are also available for drafting support and field inspection services.  The company was incorporated in April of 2000.  The latest structural design software and techniques are used.  A complete design approach incorporating seismic and wind load analysis is utilized.  We will then review the plans with the builder or owner and recommend cost saving construction alternatives. We can work with stock plans, or develop a complete set of house plans, including site layout and elevations in AutoCAD. Projects range from simple porch additions, to custom homes in access of 8,000 square feet.
